Social Media Release

This form gives Savannah Berlyn Photo & Design and the Angel De Cora Museum and Research Center permission to share selected photos from your Powwow Portraits session on social media, in galleries, and for promotional use. Your name will not be shared without your consent, and you can request removal of any image at any time.

No Payment – I won’t receive payment for use of the photos.
No Claims – I won’t make claims against the Angel De Cora Museum or Savannah Berlyn Photo & Design LLC for how the photos are used.
Copyright – The photos belong to Savannah Berlyn Photo & Design LLC.
Personal Use Only – I can use the photos for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Indefinite Permission – This permission lasts unless I cancel it in writing.
